Surgery was this morning.

I just thought I would take some time out to join this group and share my experiences, as others sharing helped me along the way.
I had my sugery today, and its definitely not as bad as I thought i was going to be. Minimal pain from incisions, but mostly uncomfortability from the gas in my chest.
I went for my initial Lap Band seminar in on October 15, 2008. I thought this day would never come, but it has, and I am sooo excited about the journey to a reborn "me".
One of my anxieties was the incisions, but they are higher than what i was expecting. I am pleased. I was also stressed at the idea of 3 ounces of fluids an hour for the next 6 days. but especially today, but i havent been hungry. Whooo Hooo.
