Back on track...

Boy, it's been a long time since I had my surgery, but I'm back on track... back on the protein drinks, no soda, no carbs, low sugar, try just protein and nothing with lots of sugar or carbs. I started on January 1, 2017! And as of today, I have only had 2 cans of A&W sugar free, low sodium root beer... 1 handful of M&M's, and today being February 3rd, I have not weighed myself as of yet... still adjusting the daily intake, but I'm doing really well..., I have had a couple of bad days, but I get right back on the next day... my surgery was May 17,2004! I had lost 160 pounds but gained back about 75... now I'm back at it again... it's not easy, but it needs to be done...so here I go!!!
