He is well educated and an educator himself. He looks to be around late 30's early 40's but he has a ton of these surgerys under his belt. He listens to you and his staff is very helpful as well. I also heard he's a perfectionist, if you're having surgery that's what YOU would want! Last but not least, he's HOT!! LOL"
