Wow I feel great I can't believe how much engery I have. I am down 43 lbs. I am doing better with my protien and eating much better, pasta and bread are the most uncomfortable so i avoid them as much as possible. I am really seeing results and now it's all worth it, Can't believe how well I'll feel when I get to goal when i feel so good already.

I am 4 weeks out and feel great I am down 24 lbs and some people are starting to notice it, mostly in my face, of course, but I am so happy with the progress so far.

I am 2 weeks out and still weak and tired, feel good on the most part. I have lost 15lbs so far and happy with that. I go see Doc on Wed.

4 more days this is going by very fast.. I went to the doc yesterday for the pre-opp weigh in and I am down 10 lbs so not a bad start. I am very excitited now.

11 more days , I am getting nervous and excitied all at the same time, I just hope everything goes well, and I come home to my kids & Dh they are my everything, I am doing this to be here for them forever so I don't want anything to happen to cut that short. I am looking foward to 6 mths from now.
