I've heard alot of conflicting stories about the Lap-Band so I am going for the Sleeve. Besides that I know how I am with needles and I will not be able to stand the adjustments. 1 girl at the support groups said she actually would pass out after the adjustment & that it just wasn't working for her. They removed it & now she is considering the sleeve. I DO NOT want to go thru this. I want 1 surgery & that is it. Then a girlfriend of mine, who never told me that she got the Lap-Band finally told me the truth that she did. She said it didn't work for her at all. So that is enough for me to hear and for me to make my decision. VSG it is! Hoping to get my surgery date on Jan 19th, 2012.
