Good Morning, I have just read Bernice's comment about me. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I met Bernice. She is a real sweetheart. She showed me a picture of what she looks like before, and she is really looking good. She is one busy lady, Don't know how she does it, with a big family and two jobs. I watch her by the pizza palor and for the life of me, cannot figure out how she can smell all that pizza all day. LOL She has been a big help to me, with things I was not sure of, since I has my operation on Oct 14th, I have been looking for someone to help me along, and she is what I call, My Angel. Bernice, thank you for all your help, And I am so happy that we met. Meeting you at the Fleamarket makes my day a happy one. Love you, Carol and John

Hi bernice, I wish we could have had more time togther when I was in New York , You are going to be on a roller coaster ride till you find a protien drink you can tollorate, but the end results are so worth it, drink your water, take your vitamins, and walk at least 15-30 minutes a day, being in Florida I got to swim everyday which really worked well for me,works the whole body.
