Well I have one busy month coming up!!  My 17 year old daughter joined the National Guard this week, prom today and graduation at the end of the month.  Feeling emotional and ate things yesterday i haven't been eating in months!!  Today is a NEW day!! 

I have officially lost 28.4 lbs since surgery March 17th and 39.3 lbs since my consult October 2014.  Still learning everyday.  Focusing on protein, water and exercise!!

Do they know why some lose their hair??

I wake up at 3am and my stomach is just gurgling over and over and over.  I am having loose bowel movements sinceyesturday.  Is it just because I had been sleeping and not moving???    Any ideas?

Still having alot of pain at the upper right exision where the stomach came out.  Is this normal? 

I'm  very nervous, I have never had surgery before!! I'm a nurse so I keep thinking of all of the possible things that can happen.

  Also, wondering how today and tomorrow are going to go with no protein and no tomato  juice.  Strictly clear li
