JESSICA~~It seems like everyone has a different opinion on protein shakes and bars. The only thing I WOULD suggest is to look for some recipes (like on RealMeals.com -that's the only way I could tolerate them. I have some other tips and hints on my profile page that might help you. I would like to know the best protein shakes out there to get. I would also like any tips that have worked for you. Things that might help me get by. I am getting very nervous, not about WLS but what it's going to be like after. Is that normal? THANKS!!!!!!
