"My first impression of Dr. Gluck was that he is a quiet man but full of confidence in his ability to help his patients. I find this to be true. His ability is awesome and so is the fact that he cares. His staff is polite and somewhat friendly but I did feel (in my opinion) that is was more business with them. Dr. Gluck has a complete program for both before, during and after surgery. He was very direct with what he could do for me and the possible side affects and dangers but also with what I would have to do for myself. I just had my surgery 6 days ago and so far I would rate Dr Gluck a 9.5 on a scale of 0-10. Awesome man. "
