I have lost 170 pounds in 7 months. I don't think that is to shabby. But it still feels like forever away from goal!!!

from 13.8 to 7.8 in three months!!!!

I just had a break down I am so sick of all the crap. I have gotten so big I am misirible. I am loosing alot of fluid, but so much I pee all over ALL the time!! I just bent over to pick up socks and pee shot out from me so far it hit the wall! And I didn't even feel the need to go! I am soooo sick of it all. I just want to be able to move around again!

Well, I have my last doctor’s appointment on 11/18/10. I take my paperwork for the surgeon to turn in that same day. But I kind of thought I would meet a few people on here in the same area and going through it about the same time. Become buddies so to speak with someone. I haven’t seemed to find that so far. But that’s ok I guess. I just am feeling a little alone right now. So close and yet soooo far away from surgery. I want it over with and my life to become somewhat normal!!

Wow, it has been such a long 6 months. I can't even begin to tell you how long. I went to a halloween party this weekend where alot of my friends are and everyone is really suportive. But I heard the ocasional whisper. She could just loose weight. Blah blah. yeah I could. But I need help. I admit it. I need drastic help. WLS is the drastic help I think I need. It is not the be all to end all. But it is help that I "THINK" will help. So that is why is it going to work for me.

I am taking this serious. I am doing what I am supose to do.

So... in 18 days, I can hope that request will go through quickly and I will get that call I want to hear.

I went to the class at Mobile Infirmary yesterday. intresting to say the least. I did learn alot though. They want 80g's of protein a day. Found out about the 10 day diet, then the two weeks of clear liquids, two weeks of full liquids, two weeks of puree food and two weeks of soft foods. That all seems ok. I am SOOOOOO ready to get this done. The lady who is the coridinator for Mobile Infirmary is Cassey and she seems knowleageable. She recommends unjury.com for protein suppliments. And she gave a few other places as well. All in all a good class.

Nov 18th is the last Dr's apointment!

Well, October 13th is the next to the last vist for the 6 month waiting period. This has seemed to take forever! I guess because of all of the changes I have been making to prepair for a new life. I quite smoking. As of today, I am giving up sode pop. I love diet dew!! I will surely miss it. At the start of november, I give up drinking from straws. LOL Things so simple, but it will be hard for me. I have done sooo much research and I just want it done with already. I am ready for the 2 week liquid diet even! LOL I Have had the head shrinking done. I can't wait till the dietian. Then all I have to wait on in the "Yes" from BC/BS. LOL Way too long out it seems.

Wow, still so far to go. My last apointment for my doctor is 11/12/10. I know people say it will fly by. But it isn't! I need to find a shrink in the Ppascagoula, MS area. My doctor is in Mobile, but I work in Pascagoula. Anyway, I can't do the class with the nurtinist until I get that done. It's all going, but it just seems to be taking so long to do. Anyway.. any one else out there waiting for the 6 month insure wait?

Well, I am 5 days out from my second weight in day with my regular doctor. Whcich means 4 more to go. I want the to hurry up already. I haven't heard back from my doctor yet as to how long before I get an approval letter. I also have to go see a shrink too before I can have the surgery. Any tips on what not to say?? LOL I am so excited!
