anyone have Dr. Silva as their surgeon

Hi There. I'm heading for VSG in two weeks and woundering others experiences with Dr. Silva out of Valley Hpt. or Columbia Pres ? I met him once and really liked him and he really swayed me towards the Vsg vs. lap band. I am of course nervous about the surgery and the post recovery. So if you have any words of wisdom, I'm a sponge here.
