Long time...no hear...

Hey everyone!!!...I thought I'd take a minute and update everyone re my progress.

I'm now 6 months post op and have lost 68 lbs...I'm feeling much, much better than I was the last time I posted.
I'm not sure anyone remembers but I had a really rough 6 weeks beginning about a week post op.....lots of pain and nausea...after seeing my family doctor who took one look at me ( I was gray in color) and knew I was not well...he put me on stomach meds and sent me for tests...it turned out I was severly dehydrated, malnourished and going into kidney failure...this was all due to the fact I couldn't eat or drink anything cause I was just to sick...I am now 100% and my GP is my hero...he listened to me when I told him I was sick...whereas everyone else just seemed to think it was all in my head.

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who contacted me with love and support,..you are the best!!!

Also, I am a brand new grandmother to a beautiful little gir who is a week old yesterday...her name is Maya Victoria...she has us all wrapped around her little pinkie...just like her big brother does.
