"I loved Dr. Liao from day one. He is very friendly and explained things thoroughly. His office staff is great, always there to answer questions and work with me when scheduling appointments. I attended six required monthly visits with the nutritionist and the NP. Very informative and full of needed information. All risks were explained to me and there were even extra precautions (due to my high BMI) that I was required to take. I had my VSG on March 11, 2010 and so far so good. Dr. Liao was very calm and reassuring the day of surgery and made me feel at ease. I would say he gets an A for bedside manner and I'm sure he's a competent surgeon."
