I am 29 years old and am looking into WLS.I Have been over weight since about 7th grade. I was always the cute chubby girl that guys liked, but didnt want to show it around their friends because I was not your typical skinny girl. Well not all were like that but some were. I starting really putting on the pounds after I had my first son who is now 11. I have lost some while going to the clubs alot back then and not really eatting much yeah I know.. but hey i did lose about 40 lbs. Then I got pregnant with my 2nd son who is 2 1/2 and the clubbin stopped and the weight started. I have two boys 11 and 2 1/2 I am not sure if I plan to ever try for that girl or not:o) My mom was somewhat over weight but not my dad. I think from years of being depressed and unhappy in the situation I was in helped my weight get the height it is now. Although I am now feeling better the weight is now here and wont leave without help so this is why I am looking to have the surgery. I need to do this for my kids and for me if I plan to live a healthy and happy life. I plan to use this tool as much as possible to achive my goals in life that the weight has held me back from.

Surgeon Info:
The 1st meeting I had with my surgeon went good. He informed me of my options and really at first wanted me to get the lap band. Once I told him why I wanted Lap GBP he was cool and gave me all info I needed for it. For the hospital stay he was great. He came out to my mom and drew a picture of the surgery on his pants leg to demostrate what it looks like on the inside. He performed as I thought he would. He was alittle hard to get ahold of becasue he was doing other surgeries when it was time to go home but other that I was very satisfied with the treatment.
