Hi Kathy, I'll be two months post-op the 19th of this month. I'ts been quite an eye opening experience. What ever your Dr., dietician and therapist advises you follow it. I have lost 50lbs so far. I'll be thinking and praying for you. God Bless. Hugs Barb J. Wisconsin
