ok guys.so I dont stumble anyone who  didnt have they surgery yet,I feel I have to give an update since my Surgery date-06/11/09.being that my health tracker has the inncorrect date.Iam very happy to say that since june 11.I gone down one size and lost a total of 17pounds.on av.of 2 pounds a week.I just had my second ajustment on fri-1cc
