My name is Lajauna I had weight loss surgery to get my life back. I have RA and fibromya have had pain and weight problems with taking med's to control the pain. I have thought about having the surgery for 4 years and have had friends that have had the surgery. But when my body started to attack its self, I felt that this was the only thing I could do to live life. Well I had the surgery and thank God it's not as hard as I thought it would be. Now don't get me wrong I still have pain and someday I have to just lay around until I can move. But being able to go from a size 24 to a wonderful 14 ha!!!!!!!!! Has been wonderful I can shop in reg size clothes, and I look great. Just have to pat myself on the back. A lot of people would feel that I could have just cut back on food, but it didn't work for me. Let me just say that I tell people everyday what I did and tell them that if you love your self don't worry about what others thinks, it all about you. So go for it........ ITS THE BEST THING I'VE DONE FOR ME IN A LONG TIME, A SECOND CHANGE!
