1 week before surgery!

Here I am, 1 week before surgery. I'm more excited than anything else. I've lost 14.6lbs since my initial visit with my surgeon...yippee! I still have 6 more days on the opti fast and hoping a can shed more lbs. I've had a few second thoughts, only takes a couple hours and I'm back 110%. I know this is the right thing for me & am prepared to use this tool to my full advantage. TTFN
