Went to my PCP today I have now lost 109lbs. Still have about 100lbs to go. Loss is slowing down now only 11lbs in 2 1/2 months. But this is sure better than any traditional diet I ever tried.

I weighed at my PCP this morning and I have lost 98.5lbs so far. I figure that by the end of next week I will have lost 100lbs. Most fun I ever had being a looser.

Weigh at my PCP today and I have lost another 5lbs. That is 75 since surgery. I also started walking everyday before I was only walking once in a while - you know the old excuses, I don't have enough time, I am too tired. Well I just set my alarm for 7am and walk in the morinnig.

^5 Keith, 70# in 3 is awesome. When was the last time you lost that much weight that quickly. :)Keep up the great work, that fat will just keep melting away. Save money for all the new clothes you are gonna need too. (Wish us females lost that fast). ~L~

Went to my PCP today I have now lost 70lbs. Somehow that does not seem like enough but I know I am being unreasonable because 70 lbs in less than three months is a lot. And boy do I feel better.

OK as of last Tuesday I have lost 59lbs. I am now below 400 (397) for the first time in years. I can't beleive how easy this has been. I have only had dumping three times so far. Twice I think was because I drank liquids with the meal and one time from Hardees sausage, have not had any reaction to any homemade sausage. My wife calls me the incrediable shrinking man. Just had the post op blood test I am calling th dr for results next week.
