hey everyone it"s been a few months since my last updated nothing much has change as far as a surgery date, I'm still waiting. but  my weight is still dropping i went from 368 to 317 in 8 months so i am very proud of that. i am try to stay positive about having the surgery and try to stay health. i found out that i have a fatty liver so i have to see the doctor to find out how to get down, so you guys keep me in your prayer, and I'll updated you to let you know how everything works out

hello guys it been so long since i posted anything but i have great news. i was finally approved for the surgery and I'm beyond words. so now the process begins. i have to go to the class Tuesday 21,so wish me luck.could some please tell me the process i have to go threw in Mississippi before the surgery. plus i weight myself this morning and I'm down to 336 so that made me even more happier.

it has been about 2 weeks since my last post and i weight myself to and i was 342 I'm losing it just not like i want to.I'm in a depressive mood because i still have about 4 months to go threw this program. but i guess the good part is that i am losing some weight. so i can be thankful for that.

hey it's been a few days since my last post. i receive a letter from my insurance company telling me that i have to go threw a supervised weight loss program. which i been doing that  for the last 2 months anyway. since my last post i have lost 7 more pounds that's great . just can't wait until they tell me I'm approved. the wait is so nerve recking,but i am going to stay positive.

well i have to say that when i was turn down by the insurance i went threw this depression faze for a moment. but i realize me being depressed got me here in the first place. so on Jan. 5 i stared seeing a weight management doctor . at that time my weight was 368(wow! i can't believe i put this on here) he put me on a 1800 calorie date along with adipex diet pills,i also join the gym and been working out 3 to 4 days a week. i went to the doctor today and my weight was 355 and yes i am so proud of myself. 13 pounds lighter!!!!!!!!!! THANK GOD 

this will be the begin of a new life for me. i just starting the process for the weight loss surgery, and yes i am terrified but Little excited. i went for a visit to my heart specialist yesterday and he is referring me to a doctor for the surgery , he says I'm a good candidate for it because of my high blood pressure and the sleep apnea. My BM is currently 59.1  and terrified that I'm going to get sicker.i 'm looking for people that have went threw this or currently going threw it.  I love getting feed back and plus right now i feel so alone because my family is so against this decision .
