8 years post op

June 22, 2017 was my 8 year anniversary of my RNY surgery. Started at 320 lbs, 316 on the day of surgery and currently at 164. At my lowest weight reached, I was 140, but looking sick. I have managed to keep almost all the weight off withe tool I was given. I hover between 160-180  usually around 165 seems to be what I settle on. I am very happy with the amount of weight I have lost. I have had no complications with surgery itself, and a few health issues I have dealt with. Nothing life threatening and very manageable. I would have this surgery again as it has changed my life. It was a permanent life altering decision and a good one!
