I Ain't Gonna Lie...

I started on the Medifast this morning, and I ain't gonna lie....it's NOT tasty.  I think most people lose weight by starving themselves so they don't have to actually eat the stuff lol.  Ok the shakes are not THAT bad...I equate it to Slim Fast, but not as sweet/flavorful, with a bit of a powdery fnish.  I just had a mid-morning...I dunno if you want to call it a snack or meal....of the honey mustard pretzel sticks though and.....it tastes like dog food.  Or how I imagine dog food must taste.  I'll be trying the first soup at lunch, I just pray it's better than the pretzels because man.....lol, just terrible.  I actually find it kind of humorous though because I'm eating the things and laughing, and then chasing them with like a massive slug of water lol.  At least I have a sense of humor about it.
