"My first impression of her was a very professional, nice person. I only met with Dr. Ferzoco once in the office and I did alot of research here online about her and her patients. I was very nervous at surgery time and she put me at ease by showing me the adorable baby she has just had in Dec so I was very at ease with the MD. The office staff needs ALOT ALOT of work on dealing with nervous patients, questions and insurance. I did all the insurance work myself, I work in the medical field so I knew what I needed but I was not please AT ALL with her office staff, sorry. Future patients should just not let the office staff dictate what you will do and not do, Its your health and you have the right to have questions and concerns, You are not a burden. I am only 1 week out so I am not sure of the after care program yet. The risk of surgery I already knew, she did not need to constantly go into what could happen, we are to study this and know very well all the risks. Dr.Ferzoco I would say is an excellent surgeon who is very good at what she does. I would recommend her highly to anyone in need of this surgery. I just pray her office staff dont scare you away."
