I HAVE A APPOINTMENT FOR MY PSYC. EVAL. IT IS ON APRIL 7TH 2004, NOW I'M WELL ON MY WAY TO GETTING A DATE FOR SURGERY. THAT WAS THE MAIN THING THAT WAS HOLDING ME BACK!!!!
