Pre-op diet

This pre-op SF Carnation Instant diet breakfast sucks! But I know I have to do it so I plug along....It's Friday....three days before my surgery. Waiting for the hospital to call me to let me know what time I'm having surgery on Monday and what time I need to get there. I am supposedly already registered as the registration clerk did that when I had bloodwork done back on 4/7 after my consent signing appt with the surgeon.I'd be lying if I didn't say that I wasn't nervous...because I am. As an RN who has taken care of post-op gastric bypass patients in the ICU after a complication, I know what COULD happen to me. I also know that I have an EXCELLENT surgeon. That's why I picked him!!
