According to MY scale anyway! I'll be going in this coming week to see my family doctor for a follow-up so we'll see what her scale says.I'm still sore especially on my right side. Last night I slept in my bed for the first time. It wasn't too bad. I think I spent most of the time sleeping on my back. I took a shower this morning and that wiped me out. I'm back downstairs in my recliner but within a half-hour the headache returned so I am POSITIVE it's from this chair as when I went upstairs last night, the headache was GONE within 30 minutes!
Today is my son's 5th birthday. He's my only child. Can't believe he's 5. Gonna go outside for a bit to get some excercise in. It's a beautiful day here in NE Ohio!
