Need some advise

I am new to this site, and have so far enjoyed reading it.  I am planning on have VGS in a few months.  I am going for my  psych eval. next week and I am nervous about that.  What can I expect (questions) .  Any advise on the surgery pre-op or post-op would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
