Pure Protein
"The bars come in different flavors. Smores, Chc/peanutbutter, Blueberry pie, Strawberry Cheesecake and differnt sizes. The most common is about 19 grams of protein. Of all the bars I've had this tatses the best. The coating can get crumbly when cold so room temp is best I think. Sometimes I find them on sale for a buck a piece."

"I found it interesting that at every turn i was asked the question about allergies and I told them adhiesive tape and yet I have red welts everywhere they taped me. Also, if you get a headache post op, there is only one place to put your medication (wink, wink)and it was interesting that the nurse actually missed!"
