   I hope all is well with all of you as for me I have been on a 60 day stand still. floating between 172-175 lbs it sucks I really need 20 more pounds off ,I look good in my clothes but I'm a 12 and I want to be a 9/10 I've been in the gym lately 4 days a week so imma keep on working at it !
