It's been ONE YEAR!!

I remember one year ago this week, thinking that it was going to be 'sooooo long' before I saw results or got to my goal in the WL journey...Here we are...one year later!
I have lost 125 pounds, went from a 20/22W to a 10/12 and dropped my cholesterol 120+ points!!

I still feel like I am walking around looking like the 'me' that I have know for the last 30+ years, but then catch a glimpse in the mirror and jump back and take a second look, and I am still amazed at what this last year has brought to my health!
I will post some current pics and surgery day pics!
Thank you to all of my friends and of course my family for being such a source of strength and support! I love you all!
