1 year surgiversary

Well hello to all,

It has been one awesome year for me. I have had not one but two more beautiful granddaughters born this year. I have been on the journey of a lifetime. I began this journey for my grandchildren so that I would have a longer and healthier life to give them but along the way I realized that this was all about me. I had to learn that I am number one!!!!

As of this morning, exactly one year ago, I am down 85 pounds at 128 pounds and that is 2 pounds below my goal weight. I feel amazing and have a whole new outlook on life. I have never regretted not for one second having my surgery. I thank my family for the support and encourgement and love them with all of my heart.
