 I got through Thanksgiving and now almost through Christmas. I am still loosing and best of all I don't feel deprived. This band is a life saver and I am thankful every day for it.

 Well I have been banded for 2 months now and its been pretty uneventful except for the weight loss. I love this tool. I had my second fill yesterday and DR. Simon was very pleased with my progress. 15 lbs. in two months, however I think it is a little slow but I am accepting the fact that slow is good. I have a 10cc band and it is filled with 4.3 cc's. I love my doctor and the center. Everyone is fantastic there and so knowledgeable. So far I have had a great experience and I can't wait to get back to school to see if anyone notices.

I am finally on my way to the health side of life. I had my surgery on June 30th. and i am feeling great. Not hungry and I have a lot of energy. I have lost 5 pounds in 4 days. I am sure it's only water but that is OK. I will be posting new pictures soon.

I am very excited to be entering into this new chapter of my life. I am scheduled for my lap band just two days after my baby's High School Graduation. So many changes but all are welcomed and long awaited.
