Yesterday I was feeling pretty good for only 3days out. Today, not so much. I'm feeling tired today and for some reason a bit achy. I am going to try to get out and do some more walking today. Maybe once around the block will pick me up. I don't want to push it though but I know how important walking is especially right now.
Also, I've got a minor sore throat today and my ears a bit achy...maybe I'm just working through a little cold. I hope not.

I can't believe it...I've been banded! I'm still healing and taking it easy but boy am I excited for my future. Everything went well and I seem to be mending nicely. Here's to a happy and healthy future!!!
