Today was a big day for me.  My first day back at work since before the surgery. I was so nervous that I was going to get that lightheaded sick feeling and start freaking out but I prepared my breakfast and lunch well.  I drank a protein shake on the drive in to get at least a good amount of protein in.  I logged my food today and I actually hit 62 grams of protein.  I've never did that before. 

Overall I think I had a good day.  Just have to remember to get more water in because I only finished one 16.9 oz bottle of water.  I might bring some crystal light in and see if that helps. 

What an interesting day.  1 day down.....next day off is Dec 23rd....lol

Well, I made it through all the Pre-Testing and I am scheduled for VSG on 10-11-2010.  I"m so excited but the nerves have not kicked in yet.  I'm sure they will the closer it gets to surgery.
