I did a ton of research on the web about the surgery, so I thought I knew everything. He kept asking if I had any questions. He's very thorough and really nice. He came to see me the morning of my surgery, after the surgery, later that evening, and the next morning too, before I was released. After my first office visit, I knew exactly what had to be done for the insurance company and also what I should do to be cleared for surgery. His office staff is so polite and absolutely so nice.
