Hello all,
I am not new to the board, however I have never posted. I have just kind of been checking out what others are posting I am a married 32 year old with a 10 year old daughter.
My last nutritional counseling session is July 7, 2011 and then after insurance approval I will receive my surgery date. According to the nurse it looks like September is what we are shooting for. I really love the site and have learned so much from all of you. I will be having the Roux - En-Y and I am so excited and nervous all at the same time. I currently weigh 330 lbs and have been heavy for a long time. I got pregnant when I was 21 and started out at 170. I went up to 220 with her but got back down to 190 after that. Since then I have steadily gained until I got where I am now. I am so ready for this change and am so hopeful after reading all that you guys have written. Thanks so much and I will keep you updated on my journey!
