Well, it has been quite a journey over the last year. I have found that I cannot, under any circumstances even begin to think of living the life I once had. Just the thought of it makes me want to 
Although I have not hit my goal yet or made it to onederland...I have lost 81 lbs and I feel great! I will admit I have fallen off the wagon lately but my goal is to get back up on the horse and start moving and excercising and eating right again. I will succeed!
