OK, so hit a little bump in the road...Ok, Tiffany said she was going to send it off to Humana on Friday so I called Humana and they haven't gotten anything. Ok, so I called Tiffany back, she said she didn't get around to it on Monday and she was going to do it again today. Ok, fine. Today is now Thursday and the insurance still hasn't received anything...UGH! I called her again today (its Friday) and told her they still haven't received anything so she said she would send it again this morning. I got a call around 3pm saying she sent it over. I am going to call again on Monday to make sure they got it. Really...it took 7 days for her to send 3 pieces of paper to 1 number and I had to pay $500 for it...UGH! I know this is just part of the deal its just frustrating. I am so excited and I just want to be healthy. I am in a very busy time at work and lots of activity is going on so its great I am walking a lot, but at the end of the day my feet hurt. my back hurts, my knees hurt and I cant wait for the pain to go away.
