I got my bloodwork results from my primay dr. and so far all is well, No deficiencies 4 months out. and my cholestrol is perfect. God is good. Ok so right now I am still around 193-195..and I am not mad. I only have about 45 more pounds to loose and I dont mind slow walking it for what the next 4 -5 months LOL. everybody is telling me to stay where i am at now that if I loose anymore I am not going to look healthy... SCREW THEM LOL..I feel good, looking great, my confidence is almost thru the roof LOL . I am speaking my mind and stating my opinion like never before. I aint going to lie I got a little more sass to my tone LOL... but it is cute to me. It is kind of cute cause I was always the really quiet, passive and laid back ..., now at this point it is like if you dont want me to tell you how I feel please dont ask me. my friends are like dagg you are really coming out your shell. They finally believe that me being fat really depressed me and made me very unhappy. I am meeting new people, enjoying life, and partying like a rock star!!
