"Gentle, caring man. His medical school resident/intern, Dr. Morales is very nice too. Aftercare program is hard, since he is in Mexico. He has the Lapband, and also helps train others. Probably one of the first doctors doing this surgery, and is always looking for ways to improve it. Is one of the best around for Lapband surgery. Dr. Rumbaut & Dr. Morales both are fluent in English, but I did have a hard time communicating with other staff and hospital staff. This is MY fault. I should have learned more Spanish before I went down there, but I survived. Dr. Rumbaut has his patients stay at the Hampton Inn Gallerias. Just like US hotels. Staff is extremely helpful, and most know English. "
