I am suppose to have 65 protein grams a day not 65 carbs as it says down below.  I am seeing the nutritionist tomorrow at noon.  So it will be intereesting to see what she says as I am keeping a food diary.  I also see the handsome cardiologist next Tuesday to go over the stress test I had last week.  That is all that is standing in my way to have this go to the insurance company.  I'll stop in to the surgeons ofc next tuesday after I see the cardio. to set up an appt with the surgeon.

I went to the nutritionist last week and she wants me to start following a post op routine.  Such as eating with baby spoons, chewing well and leaving food on my plate.  No caffeine.  She wants me to try getting 65 carbs in a day.  Keep a food journal.  No eating in front of the tv.  No soda which is easy for me the last two times I had soda was Thanksgiving and Christmas.  I have an appt to see her again mid march at 8AM I'll have to leave the house at a ridiculous hour since I have to take 2 busses to get there.  I see the surgeon the last Monday in March.  The last time I saw him he said I would be ready in April but it can be held off till May as that is when my sister can come stay with me and help out for a few days.  She wants me to get my 23 year old daughter to help out but she does not want me to have the surgery so I haven't been talking to her about it.  It's been a while since I've been on here.  i have been on daily strength alot more but I  need all the help I can get right now.  I'll try to make it back here more often.

my doctor's ofc has been pushing their nutritionist on me and i finally broke down and made an appt with her.  I will be going the first week of January around the same time I am going to my primary care for a letter for the surgery.  I have seen this nutrtitionist a long time ago.   hER name is erica.  So once I see both erica and my primary care and have their letters the doctor's ofc will submit them to the insurance company.  I hope I have the operation no later than March.  Today I finally had to give in and go for that larger clothing size.  I ordered $260 worth of clothes from Lane Bryant or the woman within which they are called now at least in their catalog.  I really wanted to use that money for Christmas for my kids but I'll have to put something else together.  I have 6 books waiting for me to pickup at the library so I'll go tomorrow as I have other books to turn in that are overdue.  Then I will go grocery shopping.  Have to pick up that nutella.  I had a nice thanksgiving.  I went to my brothers house in Andover by train with my son.  my daughter did not want to go but she went to a friends house.  I wish she'd spend more time with my family.  Well that's all for now!

I was told late september by my doctor that it would take insurance 4-5 months to approve the surgery but that he knew they would approve it.  I am so worried about putting on any more weight.  Especially with the holidays approaching.  My current favorite pig out food is animal crackers dipped in nutella and occasionally adding some cheescake filling on it.  I am anxious to start losing weight because I really miss walking.  I am trying to eat sugar free and lo fat products but I know that I will make the wrong choices.  with the surgery i am forced to make healthier decisions. I go back to see the surgeon in mid December.  i really just want to get it all over with.  My brother came down today to take me out to eat.  We went to Pizzeria uno.  I had a vegatable flatbread pizza which i only ate half of and took the rest home to have for dinner.  We also had coffee with some fat free cookies i bought to try for dessert back at my house.
I am going up to Andover at my brothers house with my son to celebrate Thanksgiving.  They have no seen my this heavy before.  I know they are expecting the wieght because I told them.  We usually do something like bowling or go out for a walk or a movie later on in the day.  I hope we stick with the movie.  Well that's all for now.!!!
