getting into the groove again.

i am post op 23 days now from the lap band surgery, a whole new chapter in my life. at my first post op appt everything seems to be moving along as predicted. no issues and i dont want any!! i went back to work just a few days ago and definitely got back into the swing of things. i'm really looking forward to working out again as well. i'm not trying to over due anything, just want to heal correctly:) my family has been so loving and supportive through out this whole process. i was really expecting a completely different reaction to my decision, everyone is rolling with punches right along with me.
