It  has been an amazing journey though I had many health issues going in to it. I lost all my weight and reached my personal goal ut gained back 40 pounds when my mom was dying from cancer and I was caring for her. I have sinced moved to Florida and have lost 20 of the weight I gained and am working at the other 20.
It has given me my life back and I am ale to ride amusement park rides with my son, I am  longer in a wheelchair, It is the best thing I ever did for myself. Good luck to anyone starting out.
