today i went to have my pre-op checkup and had my staples removed Dr. zane said i was doin really well. i have also lost 21lbs. at 13 days out. Im happy just cant wait tobe under 300 again. I weighted in at 313lbs.Still gettin use to my new stomach but i am very happy!!!!!
