"So far i am ver satisfied with my Surgeon. He is very polite , patient, understanding, and kind.He is very concerened that you know what you are getting into and explains very carefully the risk and that it is a tool not a miracle weight loss program and you will have to work along and stick to the program for it to work. If you have 1 million questions when you arrived at your appt. he will sit there and answer everyone one of them in careful detail.The one thing i will warn you on though is be advised that is you have and appt. at 11am you will most likely not get in to see him till around 2-3pm. because he is a very busy man. on top of makeing us better ppl he is also a trama surgeon.Now his Sectretary on the other hand (I know she has alot of work to do) but you should expect to wait awhile for any return calls or for your paperwork to be filed with your insurance i called every other day for 3 almost 4 weeks for her to send in my letter of medical necessity ( my Insurance on the other hand resoonded back to her in less than 12 hrs.) So patience is a vertue. Good luck :)"
