5 months post op..the slow down

well.its been 5 months since surgery and While i am happy with my loss of 43 lbs.i am hoping that things will pick up or drop off  should i say  a bit faster soon.i have hads several fills that never seem to last long....i am still able to eat too much.and...havent made much progress in the exercise department....i have every excuse....
anyway.my goals remain the same..60 lbs by promary docotr appt in sept.and 100 lbs by oneyear surgery anniversary..
onward!
