Yvonne, You and I share 2 things in common, our first name, and the fact that we are going to have surgery 1 week apart. My surgery date is the 29th. Here is hoping that you have a safe surgery and a quick painless (or almost painless) recovery. I will say a prayer for you on the 22nd.

Yvonne, I will be thinking about you during your surgery this week. Know that God is with you and He will bring you through this. When you are in pain and can't each much at the beginning remember that it will all be worth it in the long run. You will gain your health and life back. Yvonne, I know that you are scared about the surgery. I'm scared for you too, but their is hundreds of people praying for you. We come from a big family and all of us are praying that everything will be fine. You have a rough road a head of you, but I know you can do it. I have always looked up to you and loved you... This just makes more proud of you that you are making this step for yourself to be healthier. Yvonne, remember that next week we are all thinking and praying for you. Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Good Luck to you on your upcoming surgery. I had my surgery in Lubbock also but with a different surgeon. I hope all goes well. Keep us all posted.
