Wow, it's hard to believe that this is really happening!  I wanted to do this for so long, but was scared.  Thanks to my supportive family and friends, it's really going to happen.

Starting Sunday I get the exciting task of beginning the bowel prep.  From what I hear, I'm going to become intimately close with my toilet .  Then Tuesday at 5:30am I'll be admitted for surgery. 

Then the fun begins!!!!
