First Day Back!

Well against docs orders....I went back to work today and it felt great!  Went back to a mountain of filing and a few other little things but i feel pretty on track right now. 

Did really well until the afternoon.  I got pretty tired and sluggish, but then that's time to just sit right :)  I'm lucky my boss I and co workers are so so understanding.
