"I was fortunate that there was a cancellation with Dr. Roll's office and was able to make the appointment today! I had been to see another Dr. in D.C. who I also liked but it was a bit of a hike to get to and from there and the other doctor required a $1000 deposit. Dr. Roll has a great manner in that he's almost "fatherly" in his approach. Very well spoken and knowledgable but still has a great sense of humor... His office staff was Ab Fab! Barbara got my insurance approval in ONE PHONE CALL and was able to call me about the time I walked in the door from the appointment to tell me I had approval and a surgical date set! Now that's what I call EFFICIENT! My head is STILL reeling!
I was given a packet of information (from both dr's) that will be very helpful for me when it comes time to explain this to my family. And was given plenty of time to answer questions. I have had "problems" at the hospital that Dr. Roll operates out of so was a little worried about that but he reassured me that they would take good care of me and that he would make sure of it. I believe him."
